We support our winegrowers in the sustainable transition. The first organic harvest took place in 2024, so the first vintages will be available in a few years.

HVE Certification
This is a voluntary environmental certification program established as part of the Grenelle Environment Forum.

We support our winemakers in their transition to High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture (VDC) practices in Champagne.

To date, 80% of our vineyard areas are HVE or VDC certified.

These certifications aim to highlight the best farming practices employed by all our winemakers.

These include:

  • reducing inputs
  • traceability of all operations performed on the vineyard
  • respect for health and the environment
  • preservation and enhancement of the terroir, biodiversity, and vineyard landscapes
  • responsible management of water, effluents, byproducts, and waste
  • reduction of energy dependence and the sector’s carbon footprint

Portraits of winemakers

Behind every bunch of grapes, every vintage, lies the winemaker's hand. Our winemakers work with exacting standards and respect, practicing sustainable viticulture and committed to the transition towards sustainable practices. Pruning, trellising, harvesting: each step is carefully considered to reveal the best of the terroir. They are the ones who shape, year after year, the identity of our wines.
